One Driver's take on saving Gas & Money

One Driver's take on saving Gas & Money

Today I received a call at work from Rick Hill who lives in Grand Rapids, MI. Rick told me about a way that he is now saving gas and money.

Rick drives a 2007 Chevy Equinox and puts on approximately 50,000 miles a year as a salesman. Like most people, he pushed the speed limit whenever he could but just recently decided he was going to bring his speed down to 65 when driving on the highways.  In doing this, Rick said the mileage on his vehicle has improved 7 miles per gallon, thus saving him money also.

Rick did not want to be interviewed but thought this information would be beneficial to other people who have a heavy foot when driving.
